Clifton designed this contemporary, newly built five-bedroom house in Hampstead in conjunction with Studio MR for a North London developer. The bold use of colour accents the impressive architecture, and a palette of unique finishes combined with bespoke joinery adds a luxurious and time enduring quality to the interior design.
The hub of the home is the lower-ground floor. This contains the kitchen, dining, and family living spaces. The kitchen with a palette of metal, lacquer and wood is brightened by clever architecture, connecting to a courtyard garden and one of two double-height spaces. The double height windows connect to dramatic reception rooms above. The flow between these spaces is seamless and makes for a fabulous place to entertain.
Elsewhere in the house, large walk-on roof lights in each courtyard floor bring further natural light a second basement which contains a spa, gymnasium, cinema and thirteen metre swimming pool. A separate, self-contained games room, is located under the rear garden, at lower-ground level, and connects to the main house via the rear courtyard garden.

Bathroom Finishes
Natural materials were considerately paired to give a luxurious yet understated look to this bathroom. A freestanding bath adds to this with its sculptural look.
